About:
The CHANEL Center for Artists and Technology (CCAT) presents Mikhael Tara Garver, Head of Culture House Immersive, for the inaugural artist speaker series event: How We Human Now: Immersion, Technology, and the Imperative of Gathering. The immersive experience pioneer will discuss an art practice grounded in the belief that technology is most powerful when it is woven into paths for how we move, choose, respond, and connect with one another in real time. And that the space between digital and physical interactions are the craft we most need to explore. Garver will be joined in conversation with CalArts Theater MFA student Tramaine Raphael Gray.
