About the Artist

Osbert Parker is a British, Emmy and three-time BAFTA nominated director and artist, known for mixed-media animation combining photo cut-outs, objects, and live action.

He directed the main titles for BLACK TWITTER: A PEOPLE’S HISTORY (Hulu) and Stephen King’s LISEY’S STORY (Apple TV+), and created animations for Disney+, Channel 4’s MISFITS, MTV, and Queen & Slim. His shorts include FILM NOIR (BAFTA and Cannes Palme d’Or nominee) and YOURS TRULY aka Head Over Heels (BAFTA nominee, British Animation Award winner, Sundance selection).

He teaches internationally and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, visiting lecturer at the National Film & Television School (UK).
