• Ravi S. Rajan

  President

  Ravi S. Rajan joined CalArts in 2017 as its fourth president. After pursuing degrees in education and music, and teaching in the public schools of Norman, Oklahoma, he lived and worked in New York City for more than 16 years. His work is globally recognized for its innovation and visionary direction seen through his leadership, teaching, aesthetic judgement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

  

• Tracie Costantino

  Provost

  Tracie Costantino joined CalArts as Provost in 2018. She has lived and worked in Boston, Chicago, Georgia, and in her home state of Rhode Island. Her academic research and teaching focuses on the pedagogy of aesthetics and in the teaching of teachers. She has published two books on aesthetic education and is the Editor of the Journal of Aesthetic Education.
