The School of Film/Video is pleased to screen Agnès Varda’s classic The Gleaners and I on Monday, January 12 at 7 pm in the Bijou Theater to kick off Winter Session. The film will be presented by film programmer Gwen Deglisse, with special guest Matt Severson, EVP, Academy Film Archive & Preservation; co-author of Agnès Varda: Director’s Inspiration. The screening is open to everyone.
In addition to the Monday night screening, Gwen will be teaching a class on Agnès Varda’s work with special guests throughout Winter Session. Screenings will be held in the Bijou and are open to the community.
