Bodies & Baselines is an immersive, collaborative performance bringing together artists from the CalArts Dance Department and the Los Angeles underground rave scene. Featuring a special DJ set by Cyberia Lain, the show blurs the line between performance and participation, inviting audiences into a fully embodied techno experience.
Designed as a living, breathing environment rather than a traditional stage work, Bodies & Baselines encourages audiences to arrive ready to move, dance, and engage. Throughout the hour-long performance, shifting layers of choreography, sound, and atmosphere unfold, creating a shared space where performers and audience coexist on the same frequency.
