Project Week is HASOM’s semesterly week-long program dedicated to exploration, collaboration, and creative growth. Taking place from Monday, March 9 through Friday, March 13, Project Week replaces the regular School of Music schedule with a wide range of workshops, performances, lessons, and events led by faculty and visiting artists. This immersive week invites students to step outside their usual routines, engage with new ideas, and connect with the broader HASOM community.

The semester’s project week is featuring visiting artist Alexandra Loutsion!

Alexandra Loutsion is a Greek-American soprano acclaimed for her powerful voice and dramatic versatility, performing leading roles with major companies including the Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, San Francisco Opera, and Houston Grand Opera. Her recent and upcoming engagements include Hansel and Gretel, Macbeth, Elektra, and Turandot, alongside concert performances and recordings of contemporary works. A graduate of USC and Ithaca College and recipient of numerous awards and grants, she is also known for creating original recital programs and was recognized in the Greek America Foundation’s Forty Under 40.
