Group Visit Information

Thank you for your interest in visiting the CalArts campus with your group. These visits are designed to better facilitate the experience of groups with 5 or more students. Group visit requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior but not more than three months in advance of your requested visit date. After your request is submitted, our office will contact you within 5 business days. Please do not finalize your plans until we confirm your requested date as we cannot guarantee that your group will be accommodated.
 
Group Visit Includes:
Comprehensive Campus Tour (90 minutes) - Led by a student tour guide.

Guidelines

  • Group visits are available Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm, when classes are in session.
  • Group visits are restricted to students in ninth grade or above.
  • At least one adult chaperone is required per 15 students.
  • A maximum of 25 students per group visit.
  • Steve's Cafe is available for lunch and accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay and campus cards. 
  • Overnight visits and classroom visits are not available.
  • Tours of housing facilities are not available.
  • Group visits are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your visit date request.

Summer Guidelines (mid-May - end of August)

  • Group visits are available Monday through Thursday, 9am - 4pm. Group visits are restricted to students in ninth grade or above.
