This program pairs individuals starting their careers with a fellow alumnx who has already navigated a similar professional path. Goals for mentees include increasing professional networks, better strategies to move forward in their chosen career track, and fostering professional skills and growth.

Mentoring can be conducted over the phone/virtual and need not be geographically situated near the mentee. The program consists of at least 1 monthly contact in person, over email, or via video chat. It is generally a 1-2 hour monthly time commitment. Mentees may be mentored in individual or group settings, per the preference of the mentor. Group setting benefits include an expanded network with people in similar fields, in addition to more momentum and energy typical in a group setting.
