New International Student Move-In 
Location: Chouinard and Ahmanson 
When you arrive on campus, the Residence Life Office staff will provide you with your room key at either the main lobby of Chouinard Hall or the balcony of Ahmanson Hall.

SOM Placement Exams*
Location: Virtual 
*For incoming School of Music students only
Incoming BFA and MFA music students are required to take CalArts' Music Placement Exams online on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Attendance is mandatory and makeup exams will not be administered.
