We hope that you have an opportunity to visit our campus.
Information sessions are small group meetings led by an Admissions Counselor to provide an opportunity for students to learn more about our programs and to ask questions about the application process. The information sessions require a reservation and are held for each of the following schools: Art, Film/Video (including animation), Music, and Theater. We encourage you to register for the information sessions at least a couple of weeks in advance. Space is limited.
During the summer months, CalArts will be undergoing major
construction to update our cafeteria and dining area. The construction will impact several additional facilities, including the Film Library, which will be closed May 16 - September 7. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for visitors. Please view more information about our Café remodel.
During the Summer (May 18 - September 4), CalArts is closed on Fridays. Tours and information sessions are not available those days. Additionally, CalArts will be closed on May 25 and July 2 for the holiday weekends.
