Staff and Faculty IDs
Due to the current “Safer at Home” order in California, and the ever-changing directives from public officials, CalArts is asking that all current, essential employees have their IDs available when on campus. If you do not have an ID, please go to the Campus Safety office to have one made.
Tournament Road Gate Closure
In order to make sure we provide the highest level of security during the COVID-19 pandemic, the (Entrance Side) of the Tournament Road Gate, which was previously open from 7-9 am daily, will be closed indefinitely. If you have any questions, please contact Campus Safety at 661-222-2702.
Service Center Announcement
As a reminder, the CalArts community has been asked to limit online ordering or choose an alternate location for delivery, other than the CalArts campus. Currently, the Mailroom is open for regular business hours, but this could change at any time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff and faculty may choose to have their United States Postal Service mail forwarded. Please note that USPS mail and packages can only be forwarded to domestic addresses. The US Post Office does not forward internationally. Mail and packages from any other courier—e.g. FedEx, UPS, Amazon—cannot be forwarded. Please direct all mail forwarding requests to gthomas@calarts.edu, lundstrm@calarts.edu, and palvarado@calarts.edu
