Taught by Jeffrey Thompson, this workshop will cover the basics of tax preparation, tracking expenses, and personal financial management to give you the building blocks for a successful career. The presentation will be divided into three parts with plenty of Q&A time in between each session.
About our speaker
Jeff Thompson, MA, MBA, EA, is an actor, writer, magician, and tax professional from Los Angeles. He is a partner at Thompson, Cherry & Associates LLC which serves over a thousand clients (mostly in the entertainment industry). In addition to preparing taxes, he also teaches improv at the Westside Comedy Theater, teaches psychology at Citrus College, helps run The Ruby LA, and produces short films with his production company, Great Hair Productions. Present by the Office of Alumnx and Family Engagement.
