Join the CalArts Student Union and President's Office, and ArtChangeUS in welcoming Tribal President, Rudy Ortega Jr., and members of the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians. One year ago a CalArts delegation visited the Tribal headquarters in a historic meeting to begin a dialogue and relationship. All faculty, students, and staff are encouraged to attend to learn about the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians as the traditional, current, and future inhabitants and caretakers of this region. Refreshments will be provided. Whose Land Are We On? is part of an ongoing related series of conversations, events, and activities.
