TEMAZCAL is a one-week long, two-channel video and audio installation by Rosa Evangelina (Beltrán), MFA ‘22 (VoiceArts, Creative Writing). Inspired by the essay “now let us shift” by Gloria Evangelina Anzaldúa (1942-2004), the work explores diasporic identity through video and sonic collage and excavation of personal journals.
