Theresa Strempek

Strempek is a partner in the family office of Willowbrook Capital Group, and focuses on the acquisition, management, and design of residential rental properties owned within trusts and LLCs.

Her previous experience includes working in public sector regional planning with MAPC/Boston as a cartographer and designer, and consulting on land use mapping for Skidmore Owings & Merrill / Boston, and Geographic Information System mapping for Ocean Spray Cranberries/Plymouth. Additional experience includes director of marketing at a private architecture firm (KBA / New Britain, Conn.). Design projects include interior space planning for CIGNA/Hartford, historic renovations of historic district homes, major renovations to mid-century properties, and ADA/ universal design construction.

Strempek is a resident of Los Angeles, with her husband Peter McMillan. They have two sons, Peter and Graham. Graham attended CalArts as a jazz guitarist.
