Sandra Luca, Ph.D. is recognized as an equity-minded advocate and student-centered leader. 

Covering a span of over twenty years, Dr. Luca served in a variety of academic leadership and student affairs roles at the University of Arizona, University of Southern California, Loyola Marymount University and the California Institute of the Arts. She began working at CalArts in 2022 as Assistant Provost where she directs advising and student success initiatives.
