Lilian Ortega, aka Lily Breeze, is a renowned Bgirl, artist, and educator born and raised in LA’s San Fernando Valley. She holds a BA in World Arts & Cultures/Dance from UCLA. Inspired by her Mexican heritage and Hip Hop culture, she began her dance journey at age 12, starting with Popping, Hip-Hop, and House, and found her calling in Breaking.

Lilian is celebrated for her rhythm, vitality, high energy, and unapologetic raw style. She has performed internationally and competed in prestigious events like RedBull BC One, Outbreak Europe, The Legits Festival, and Freestyle Session. Widely respected as the people’s champion, she is dedicated to preserving and teaching Hip-Hop dance and culture within her community. Lilian continues to learn from and contribute to the culture, leading by example in her pursuit of artistic excellence and cultural stewardship.
