In order to ensure that students know their rights and responsibilities, multiple trainings are offered to all students, as well as specific student populations.
All incoming students
100% of incoming students must complete an online training within the first few weeks of starting classes. This includes BFA1, transfer, international, and graduate students. Failure to complete the training will result in a registration hold being placed on students’ accounts for spring registration. Below are step-by-step instructions for completing the training.

Once you have logged in, your required training will be available to you.
The estimated time to complete each is approximately 30-45 minutes. You do not have to complete the training in one session; however, the entire training must be completed to avoid a registration hold. 4.

All continuing and returning students
A virtual refresher training is offered to all ongoing students on an annual basis. This training can be completed online; information is emailed to all students.
