- One bedroom, double occupancy: $1,352 per person per month (minimum fall and spring semester)
- One bedroom, single occupancy: $2,600 per month (minimum fall and spring semester)
- Studio, double occupancy: $1,040 per person per month (minimum fall and spring semester)
- Studio, single occupancy: $2,288 per month (minimum fall and spring semester)
Single-occupancy apartments are prioritized for disability-related housing accommodation.
These apartments are not furnished, but CalArts will provide a single bed and dining table at no charge.
Prices don’t include other charges and fees, including $50.00 per month for water and $70.00 per month for utilities.

Current students can check on the Hub for the current campus shuttle schedule, which makes multiple daily trips between the Monticello Apartments and campus.

There is easy access to the Paseo which brings you all the way to Valencia Village on Tournament Road, near campus. There are no bike lanes on McBean Parkway.
