Westley Garcia serves as the Director of Operations for the CalArts School of Theater. In his role, he is responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day operations and the administrative team in the School of Theater.

Over the past 10 years, Westley has developed extensive experience in organizational change and systems management, communications, and operations in the higher education and non-profit sector. Westley joined the CalArts community in 2013 working with the Office of Admissions, and began working with the School of Theater in 2019.
