Pamela Prescod-Caesar

Pamela Prescod-Caesar (she/her) is an experienced human resources executive who provides leadership, consultation, and coaching. She has held leadership roles in higher education and various industries. Her passion is partnering with institutional leaders to transform and implement HR organizational initiatives that align and improve workforce strategies that enhance workplace engagement and learning, including inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA).

Pamela has held senior leadership roles at Denison University, Swarthmore College, and Colgate University, where she guided the president and senior leaders, developed HR organizational strategy, and led HR teams to launch creative initiatives that enhance workplace collaboration and cultivate inclusive communities. She is a dynamic, independent coach and facilitator who thrives in inspiring leaders and teams to discover their best potential and paths to successful outcomes.

She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Curry College and a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Lesley College. She also earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate at Cornell University, studied at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is a Certified SHRM Human Resources Professional.
