Eric Gutierrez

Eric Neil Gutierrez is an actor, producer, director, and acting coach. He worked on seasons 1, 2, 3 & 4 of the critically acclaimed Netflix series On My Block (Teen Choice Award: Breakout TV Show), as a recurring guest star as well as the on-set acting coach for the series regulars. In season 4, he also served as a creative consultant in the writer’s room.

Eric was a producer on Freeridge, the eagerly anticipated On My Block spin-off, where he was also a recurring guest star. In 2021, he co-produced Boo Bitch, a Netflix limited series starring Lana Condor (X-Men Apocalypse, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before Trilogy). Eric has taught at AMAW for over a decade, continues to teach and private coach, and has worked over a dozen national commercials. He is active in the Los Angeles theater scene, having worked with a myriad of companies such as The Echo Theater Company, Theater of Note, and Theatre Movement Bazaar – performing in their critically acclaimed show HOT CAT at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2014.

Eric is from El Paso, TX, a graduate of Northwestern University, and resides in Los Angeles.
