This toll-free, 24-hour hotline routes Southern California victims of domestic violence directly to trained shelter personnel in Los Angeles County. Strength United provides a 24-hour Sexual Assault Emergency Response Team, counseling and prevention education to over 15,000 individuals annually. In addition, Strength United has expanded its case management and counseling services as a Los Angeles County Family Preservation Program lead agency. Counseling, crisis intervention services and prevention education programs are available in Spanish and English; other languages are offered when available.

RAINN is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800-656-HOPE and online.rainn.org) in partnership with more than 1,100 local rape crisis centers across the country. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help victims, and ensure that rapists are brought to justice.
