Celebrating Lou Reed's 80th birthday, a pioneer of modern rock. Sonic Boom performs music by Reed, his band the Velvet Underground and important influences—ranging from 1950's rock n roll to dark psychedelic, noise rock, free jazz, and drone improvisation.
