Monticello Apartment Homes are located in the heart of Santa Clarita with less than a 10 minute drive to campus. These apartments have easy access to trails with lots of space to spread out. Enjoy nearby access to dining essentials with local grocers and contactless pick-up/delivery options.

These apartments are not furnished, but CalArts can provide a single bed and dining table at no charge.

  • One bedroom, double occupancy
    • **$1,300 per person/per month (minimum Fall & Spring semester)
  • One bedroom, single occupancy*
    • **$2,500 per month (minimum Fall & Spring semester)
  • Studio, double occupancy
    • **$1,000 per person/per month (minimum Fall & Spring semester)
  • Studio, single occupancy* 
    • **$2,200 per month (minimum Fall & Spring semester)

*prioritized for disability-related housing accommodation

**prices don’t include other charges and fees, including:

Water: $50.00 per month

Utilities: $70.00 per month
