Course Advising Day is your opportunity to obtain approvals to register for any courses listed as faculty consent, or any courses you were unable to add through online registration

Please select your school from the menu links above, then click on the Zoom links. There you will find a list of faculty and the times they are available to meet.

Note: Be sure to log in with CalArts credentials and CalArts email before you enter Zoom. If you use a different (non-CalArts email) account, you may be disconnected.

Assigned Student Times

Please check which session time frame you need to attend below. Students are assigned a morning or afternoon session.

• Students with last name A-L: 9 am–12 pm (PDT)

• Students with last name M-Z: 1-4 pm (PDT)


The Registrar's Office will have open hours for Course Advising Day, Jan. 5, 2023, from 9:15 am-12 pm and 1-4pm PST.
