In order to create an artistic and learning environment that is as safe as possible, event and exhibition participants, audiences and others who will be interacting with the CalArts community are asked to be vaccinated before coming on campus. We ask such visitors to check in when arriving on campus, obtain and wear a visitor badge. Masking is appreciated, and masks will be provided upon request.

Special Visitors

Special visitors (including visiting artists, guest speakers, contractors, and volunteers) are treated as employees since their interactions and contributions to campus life are similar to students, faculty and staff. These individuals fall under the Staff and Faculty COVID Vaccination Policy and are expected to be vaccinated or request a medical or religious exemption to the policy.

Prior to visiting campus Special Visitors are asked to complete one of the forms below, and follow all COVID safety protocols.
