Each Academic Advising/Registrar Town Hall will last 1 hour 15 minutes with the following structure:
- First section - Welcome and Introductions - 5 minutes
- Second Section - Academic Requirements Overview - 10 minutes
- Third Section - Student Planning/Catalog Navigation - 10 minutes
- Fourth - Q&A - Student Questions - 15 minutes
- Fifth - Breakout Rooms with Registrar and Academic Advising - 20 minutes (individual meetings will be no more than 5 minutes)
- 15 minute buffer in case we have more questions during the Q&A
- Zoom meetings will be recorded and placed on Registrar Hub page
