Cinematic Voices
Gary Mairs, faculty in the Program in Film & Video and the Film Directing Program, will screen his recent feature Memory/Lies. Completed in 2017, the film compiles five interrelated short films made over a period of ten years which, when shown together, tell a single story. The film stars Amy Seimetz and David Nordstrom, and features Program in Film Directing faculty Suanne Spoke. The shorts were written by School of Film/Video faculty James Benning and Lee Anne Schmitt, alum Theron Patterson and late film critic Tom Block.
