Financial Aid at CalArts: Cal Grant 101 Information Session

Current and prospective students from California and their parents/guardians are invited to learn about the Cal Grant and financial aid.

Come find out if you may be eligible for a Cal Grant, go over FAQs about FAFSA/CADAA and get ready to submit by the Cal Grant deadline on March 2, 2021, for the 2021-2022 school year.

Please have the following items handy during the webinar:
  • FSA ID for you and your parents (only for FAFSA filers and parents with Social Security) or Dream Act account (for CADAA filers);

  • Driver's License, if you have one;
  • Social Security, if you have one;
  • Alien Registration Card, if you have one;
  • ITIN, if you have one;
  • Tax information for 2019 (1040 and W2), this includes your parent's tax information if you are a dependent student;
  • The most current bank statements;
  • Any record of tax-free income;

The webinar will be hosted by California Student Aid Commission themselves, so don’t forget to bring your questions.
