Schedule of Events

Join us on the CalArts campus on April 28-30, 2023, to reunite with fellow CalArtians and friends. The three-day Alumnx Reunion Weekend experience will be filled with music, art, fun, and plenty of opportunity to reminisce with old friends. Preview our schedule below.

Friday, April 28

4 pm: Beer Garden and World Music Festival. Open to all guests (Alumnx, Current Families, Students, Friends of CalArts)

7 pm: 2020 & 2021 Class Dinner. Open to 20 & 21 Graduates

Saturday, April 29

10 am - 4 pm: Reunion Programming and All Day Beverages/Snack Bar. Open to all guests (Alumnx, Current Families, Students, Friends of CalArts)

5 - 9 pm: Reunion Dinner & Party (includes Awards Ceremony). Open to all alumnx

7 pm - 7 am: Happenings. Open to all guests (Alumnx, Current Families, Students, Friends of CalArts)

9 pm: Drag Ball. Open to current students & 2020 & 2021 graduates

11 am - 2 pm: Boozy Brunch. Open to all alumnx
