Transcripts

To obtain copies of your transcripts, you must go through the Registrar's Office. The cost is $3.00 per copy sent to you. If you require a transcript sent directly to another institution, it will be sent to them at no cost to you. The Registrar's Office will require you to either come in and fill out an application, or simply send your request in writing (no e-mails) to:

The letter must include:

• The name you attended school under (married women, please include your maiden name)
• The dates of attendance
• Your birthday
• Social Security Number
• How many copies of the transcript you'd like
• and Where you would like the copies sent
