Group Study Room Use

The dual purpose of the Library Group Study Room is for: a) the Teaching and Learning Center to conduct instructional sessions and
meetings, and b) for library users to meet in groups of two or more to work on class assignments or research.  Students and faculty are welcome to use the Library Group Study Room when the room is not scheduled for a session or event. Use of the room is on a first-come first-served basis.

All CalArts faculty and staff may reserve the Library Group Study Room for limited use, subject to availability. The room sits ten persons comfortably and the furniture is modular.  On occasion, even a reserved date and time may be revoked if the Library
Group Study Room is needed by the Teaching and Learning Center staff.
