Help Desk

The CalArts Netowrk Services Help Desk provides assistance and support to students, faculty and staff in using computer software and hardware, as well as using CalArts e-mail accounts. Another major responsibility of the Help Desk is to keep the computers in the library and administrative offices well maintained, properly upgraded, and virus-free.

Hours of operation:  9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Student workers are available some evenings and weekends, as their schedules permit.
