Grad Student PLUS Loans

Graduate students are able to borrow from the Federal Graduate Plus Loan Program. Borrower must be creditworthy, many times requiring a co-signer.

It is wise not to borrow from both the private/alternative loan program and Grad PLUS program. By doing so you are creating two monthly payments intead of one at graduation. Be certain to read our information on both loan programs before making a decision since grad students are elgible to borrow from both programs.
