This website is intended to be a listing service only. CalArts does not investigate, rank, endorse or recommend any particular housing listing.
If you are a potential landlord or roommate and would like to submit a housing advertisement, please complete the following form.
Please note: New entries might take up to 3-5 business days to appear in the database. They need to be approved. If you experience any problems with this system, please email us at ksmestad@calarts.edu with a description of the problem, and we will address the issue as soon as possible.
Once your rental opportunity is filled, please notify Student Affairs by email at ksmestad@calarts.edu, so we can remove your advertisement from the database. All rental listings will remain in our database for two months.
Internet Fraud/Scam Alert
We have received a complaint regarding a scam that targets students and landlords via e-mail to rent property. Please be cautious of potential renters and sublessees who express a desire to rent your property sight-unseen. Never issue refunds for over-payment on security deposits, first month's rent or utilities until you are certain the check you received has cleared (international checks take longer than domestic). If you suspect Internet fraud, contact the police department. For more information on this and other types of Internet fraud, please visit www.firstgov.gov
