Submitting your application
Please complete your application online or download the application (pdf file) and mail it to the following address:

Mailing other required materials
Your application materials and your portfolio must be mailed in two separate packages to the Office of Admissions. Programs will require portfolios to be submitted either by mail or online. Please see the Specific Program Requirements section for the program to which you are applying. If you submit your application online, please do not send a hard copy via mail. Mailed portfolios should include a completed Portfolio Information Form (pdf). The Portfolio Mailing Label (pdf) should be printed, completed and securely attached to the outside of your portfolio to guarantee proper review of your materials. Please ensure that the name on the Portfolio Mailing Label is exactly the same as the name used on your application.
As you prepare your portfolio, please consider how your work will travel in the mail and be handled by the review committee. The Office of Admissions cannot guarantee that supplemental portfolio materials arriving after the Regular Deadline will be considered with the original portfolio submission.
Please note that portfolios will not be returned prior to May 1, 2012.
